A Searchable Hub for Community Health Information

We built the Strathcona Community Health Network website on Squarespace to give their non-profit team a platform they can manage confidently in-house. To organize their resources more effectively, we used Squarespace’s blog functionality to streamline how information is categorized and searched across their eight social determinants of health. This structure reduces duplication, improves discoverability, and makes ongoing updates simple.

We also provided best practices for filtering and tagging content, ensuring their team can maintain a clear, user-friendly information hub over time.
